Emberseed Shipping Policy

Thank you for choosing Emberseed. Every item we make is crafted on demand — created just for you — which helps reduce waste and support more mindful production. Below is everything you need to know about shipping, production times, tracking, and more.


1. Order Processing Time

Because all Emberseed products are made-to-order:

  • Production time: 2–5 business days
    (Occasionally longer during holidays or high-volume seasons.)

Once your order is produced, it ships immediately.

We do not ship on weekends or holidays.


2. Shipping Times

Estimated delivery after production:

United States

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: Coming soon

Canada

  • Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days
    (Delays may occur due to customs.)

International

  • Standard Shipping: 10–20 business days
    (Customs processing times vary by country.)

These estimates are not guarantees. Courier delays, weather, customs, and peak seasons may extend delivery times.


3. Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Delivery location

  • Product weight

  • Courier service

We strive to keep shipping affordable and transparent.


4. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email.
Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking to update.

5. Wrong or Incomplete Address

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address:

  • We can reship the package once the customer pays the new shipping cost.

Emberseed is not responsible for packages lost due to address errors.


6. Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked “Delivered” by the courier, we are no longer responsible for its location.

If your package is lost or missing:

  1. Check with neighbors or building management

  2. Confirm the address you entered

  3. Contact the delivery carrier directly

  4. Email us for support — we will do our best to help you locate it

We may, at our discretion, offer a replacement depending on the circumstances.


7. Damaged, Misprinted, or Defective Items

Because we use professional print-on-demand partners, errors are rare — but if it happens, we've got you covered.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted:

  • Email us within 7 days of delivery

  • Include your order number and clear photos of the issue

We will replace it free of charge.


8. International Customs & Import Fees

Some countries may charge customs, duties, or taxes on your shipment.

These fees:

  • Are not included at checkout

  • Are the responsibility of the customer

  • Are determined by your country’s customs office

Emberseed is not responsible for delays caused by customs.


9. Split Shipments

Because items are produced at different fulfillment centers:

  • You may receive your order in multiple packages

  • Tracking numbers will be provided for each package

This helps ensure faster delivery.
